Meet Ralene, a licensed Aesthetician & Laser Technician with over two decades of experience in the beauty and skincare industry. A lifelong science enthusiast and artist, Ralene discovered the perfect balance between creativity and technical skill through aesthetics, beginning her journey in 1999 as both an Aesthetician and Makeup Artist. In 2005, she expanded her expertise by becoming a Laser Technician and furthered her education in Cosmetic Chemistry and Advanced Skin Analysis. Her passion for education led her to teach at two aesthetics academies, eventually joining the Alma Lasers Clinical Training Department in 2019. Outside the treatment room, Ralene is happiest when singing, writing music, or exploring the outdoors—especially on her paddleboard.
